What to do if app is crashing when you are trying to use your breeding lab/inventory?

WHAT TO DO IF APP IS CRASHING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO USE YOUR BREEDING LAB / INVENTORY?

Your application is crashing when You try go to your breeding lab, or when You breed some specific combination of fish, or when You try open your inventory?

Here’s what you can try to do:

1. Reboot your device; make it even twice in a row. (You can read how here)

2. Open your app. Then go and check that ALL photos in trophies section are loaded. It could simply lagging because of that.

3. Then check that all photos in standard store are loaded.

4. If your app is crashing when you are trying to breed specific fishes together and one of those species is a newly come breedable, then don’t breed this combination for the moment. Report it on fan page and wait till it would be repair.

5. If your inventory is crashing while you trying to move some item to tank. Option is to take out items out from inventory in this specific order in which them appear in inventory list. Move always first item from inventory until you get to this one, which you need.

6. In older devices try not to keep too many items in your inventory.

7. If nothing from above wasn’t work then please backup your device to iTunes on your computer (see How to backup my iOS device to iTunes? if you need more information), delete your app from device, reboot your device, reinstall your app from AppStore, do in-app restore (if you don’t know how, please see here)
