Free-to-play
Free-to-play (F2P) refers to any game that has an option of allowing it's players to play without paying.
Many game developers generate revenue by selling in-game items or currency that significantly enhance the player's in-game experience, a business model commonly known as freemium. In-game items can be different (depending on game type) A common technique used by developers of these games is for the items purchased to have a time limit, after this can not be purchased anymore.
Freemium
Freemium is a business model that works by offering a game, product or service free of charge (such as software, web services or other) while charging a premium for advanced features, functionality, or related products , in-app currancy and services. The word "freemium" is a portmanteau combining the two aspects of the business model: "free" and "premium".
