Moving fish to inventory

I'm experimenting with my other iPod to see if the fish in the inventory will stay alive after few days without care. So, for this I've installed Tapfish on my other iPod (which is exactly the same version, using the same router to connect). For fun I tap on fishbuck sign. A lot of bucks for downloading free apps! Next step was to check for free bucks on both iPods in the same time. On the high level one - no free apps, on the other one (level 3) 2 free apps. I wonder why?
